For the All About Me Commercial I learned some new technology like properly using CapCuts features. With that, I learned the differences between the different video formats and their uses and settings like mp3, mp4, MOV, etc. By learning about the different formats I also learned how to convert certain files to mp3 so I can use them for various reasons in the commercial. With CapCut there are varied reasons for using it. One main feature is the audio editing and mixing. Noise reduction, equalization, and volume adjustments are all used to improve audio tracks. To achieve a clear and well-balanced sound, it's essential to understand the audio mixing techniques that I learned. From putting this project together I learned that video editing is not an easy job. Gained a massive respect toward those who do that for a living as a job. Thought anyone could pick it up and instantly do a good job at it. But also saw that there are a lot of layers to make any type of project. Like editing th

I'm finally almost done with my All About Me Commercial. I'm excited to share my commercial with my friends and family and see what they think. I am waiting for some of them to send me their feedback to help improve my commercial before I finalize it. I would like any criticism or suggestions they have so I can improve the commercial. Any feedback in general that they can give would be greatly appreciated. Overall, I feel good about the final product. I have learned a lot from working on this commercial and am glad to have had the opportunity to create something that will hold value for me in the future. I finally found the song I was looking for in the commercial. Which worked out better than the old song I had before. My commercial focuses on telling my story rather than promoting a product or service like a typical commercial. It takes the viewers through my experiences, achievements, and growth. The narrative is thoughtful and introspective, emphasizing my passions and the

Made a couple of changes to the About Me Commercial. One of the significant changes is changing the background music. It was initially Day n Nite by Kid Cudi. Even if it is a song that means a lot to me and holds a personal place for me. But it doesn't fit into the commercial. I am still looking for a song I like and ensuring it goes with the commercial. I have been rewatching the commercial, and I didn't like the pacing of some of the clips. I changed the pacing of it by making it flow better. I trimmed some unnecessary shots to make it more engaging and short. I've been editing the audio to where the background song and video audio are playing simultaneously. The issue is I can get both playing. But I need help finding the sweet spot where both audios sound good. But this might change because I changed out the background song. I've also been experimenting on the transitions so it doesn't look choppy or forceful. I'm looking for one that is smooth between shots

I finally started editing all the videos and photos for my All About Me blog. After getting all the videos and pictures onto CapCut, I wanted to show off a message. You should do what you want and not let anyone's judgment get to you, no matter what they say. The editing for me was straightforward. I complied with all the pieces of media. Put on the background song. I put Kid Cudi's Day N Nite for some photos. For both of the videos, I left the audio of the video. For the truck video, I wanted to show off how the truck sounded. For the other video, I have it at the end of the Commercial. It's a video of me showing off one of the beats I created. I wanted to leave it at the end so I could end it with something that mattered to me when I first did it. I did have issues with the audio since it did overlap. But I quickly resolved it by properly cutting up the audio where I needed it. Audio is an integral part of video editing to me. Also, I adjusted the audio levels to my likin

My first step in starting my About Me Commercial was to choose the video editing software I wanted to use for my commercial. This was the first roadblock that I came along with starting this project. There's a ton of video editing software with their positives and negatives, and I narrowed it down to only three. iMovie, which comes pre-installed on all Apple devices, makes it a cost-effective choice if you already own an iPhone. This eliminates the need for expensive video editing software. It also comes with pre-made templates for its transition, effects, and titles, which can save time in processing the video and making quick or last-minute changes. The second video editing software is Splice.I have previous experience using this software for a video for my sister, and from my time using this app, it isn't made for the things I want to do in the commercial. Splice is a good video editing app, but its proper use of the app is to make quick and straightforward edits targeted to

For the commercial project, I wanted to show the things that made me into the person I am today. That's why the first photo was from the first ever quince I was in. This was around when I was 12 and didn't know how to dance. When I was practicing for the quince, I was nervous that I would mess up the whole performance. But when the day came, all of my partners I was training with reassured me that we would give it our all for this moment. Even if we did mess up, we still had to pull through for the performance and, most importantly, before anything to enjoy ourselves. If you enjoy yourself, the dance will come out how you want it to. You have to feel the rhythm of the music. On that day, during the group waltz and the surprise dance, I gained a new appreciation for art I thought I wouldn't associate myself with. Looking back, even if I didn't look good at dancing around then, I still appreciate that day for opening a new door in my life, which I love now. My second phot

My name is Daniel Arroyo, I am currently a senior attending Fort Lauderdale High School and come from an immigrant family from Mexico. Was born and grew up mostly in South Florida. I'm fluent in both English and Spanish, I'm close to my culture cause of this most of my hobbies are related to this since I know how to dance nortenas which is a regional Mexican dance from where I'm from, and other dances too but I'm not so good at those as I am to nortenas. I have only been to Mexico once but the time I have been there it really inspired me to continue to my goals like Yair Rodríguez who is a UFC fighter from my parents home town. Some of my interests are watching and analyzing UFC fights, playing basketball and watching the NBA, producing music, car enthusiast, and being into shoes/clothing. I've been watching the UFC since the bout between Nate Diaz and Connor McGregor in UFC 196 and ever since I have been a fanatic for the sport and planning to learn Muay Thai in th
