Reflection

For the All About Me Commercial I learned some new technology like properly using CapCuts features. With that, I learned the differences between the different video formats and their uses and settings like mp3, mp4, MOV, etc. By learning about the different formats I also learned how to convert certain files to mp3 so I can use them for various reasons in the commercial. With CapCut there are varied reasons for using it. One main feature is the audio editing and mixing. Noise reduction, equalization, and volume adjustments are all used to improve audio tracks. To achieve a clear and well-balanced sound, it's essential to understand the audio mixing techniques that I learned. From putting this project together I learned that video editing is not an easy job. Gained a massive respect toward those who do that for a living as a job. Thought anyone could pick it up and instantly do a good job at it. But also saw that there are a lot of layers to make any type of project. Like editing the video and same with editing the audio. Adding special effects, music, and any other necessary elements to enhance the commercial's appeal. Also to make the commercial engaging cause I think it was bland. To make my next project better I'm thinking of using better software like Adobe Premiere Pro so I can put the vision I have in mind together. With that, I'm going to watch some tutorials on how to use the program and also get some new ideas. But for my next project, I want to make a plan before anything. To brainstorm ideas and see the ones that could work and those that won't work so it can be coherent on the message I wanna spread. I also want to see if I could make it emotional in a way so it could sympathize with the audience. Wanna also get it reviewed by a larger and wider audience so there's no issue with it and so I can receive feedback from them so I can improve on it before it's officially published. If needed I also wanna write a script so I have an idea of what is going in.
